Terms & Conditions
The key terms that govern the OSA partnership.
- 1No discount is applicable on Eligibility Reports, authority fees, government fees, or any third-party/statutory charges.
- 2The discounted slab structure is valid only during the active subscription term. Upon renewal of the subscription, the discounted slab resets and starts again from the beginning.
- 3The discounted slab will be applicable only while the OSA's subscription remains active with the company.
- 4Once an OSA client signs up, the OSA must represent the client during the entire processing stage. Any communication regarding the client by the company will be with the OSA only.
- 5The company will sign the Schedule of Fees directly with the OSA for each of their clients.
- 6The OSA may charge its own consultancy fees to clients. F4MG is not liable for or benefited by these fees, apart from the Client Contract Fees accepted.
- 7The OSA must purchase a mandatory Eligibility Report for each client from F4MG before commencing their client's application, as no pre-eligibility consultation support is included under this model.
- 8Clients without a completed Eligibility Report will not be accepted by F4MG.
- 9The OSA subscription is valid for a period of 90 days, with an option for automatic renewal. The auto-renewal feature can be paused or cancelled at any time, providing full flexibility to the partner.
