Terms & Conditions
The key terms that govern the OSL partnership.
- 1B2C commissions are payable only on the first payment received toward the Client Contract Value (CCV) from direct clients.
- 2No commission is payable on Eligibility Reports, authority fees, government fees, or any third-party/statutory charges.
- 3The B2C commission slab structure is valid only during the active subscription term. Upon renewal of the subscription, the commission slab resets and starts again from the beginning.
- 4The B2B royalty commission structure will continue only while the OSL's subscription remains active with the company.
- 5All commissions for the current month will be processed after 30 days and paid in the applicable accounting cycle, on the 10th of the following month.
- 6Once an OSL client signs up, the OSL must hand over the client to the company during the orientation stage. Thereafter, the OSL shall not interfere in the client's application process.
- 7All OSL clients must pay Client Contract Fees directly to the company.
- 8The company will sign the Schedule of Fees directly with the client.
- 9The OSL may charge its own consultancy fees to clients, provided it clearly and transparently informs the client that such fees are the OSL's independent consultancy fees and are not company fees.
- 10The OSL subscription is valid for a period of 90 days, with an option for automatic renewal. The auto-renewal feature can be paused or cancelled at any time, providing full flexibility to the partner.
